Duties & Responsibilities

  • Compute final estimation of property values, taking into account such factors as depreciation, replacement costs, value comparisons of similar properties, and income potential;
  • Inspect properties to evaluate construction, condition, special features, and functional design, and to take property measurements;
  • Gather market trends for designated territories or impending changes that could influence future values;
  • Prepare written reports that estimate property values, outline methods by which the estimations were made, and meet appraisal standards;
  • Verify legal descriptions of properties by comparing them to county records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Economics, or related fields. An equivalent foreign university diploma is an asset.
  • License from respective Albanian Authority for appraisal of real estates.
  • Preferably a minimum of 2 year experience with appraisal review or valuation of real estates accompanied by at least 2 reference letters.
  • Good knowledge of Windows 7and XP, Microsoft Office 2010 and AutoCAD.
  • Effective verbal communication/presentation skills.
  • Capable of preserving work quality while meeting productivity goals. Excellent analytical skills; ability to quickly understand complex problems, integrate new concepts and approaches and recommend solutions.
  • Successful when operating in an environment that requires teamwork and collaboration.
  • Valid driving license and willing to travel.
