Business Development Manager
Job Description
The Business Development Manager develops and directs the sales & marketing efforts to ensure new projects and clients acquisitions.
Your commercial strategy will cover all our offers: consulting, systems integration projects, specific development, software packages, etc.
You will directly report to the General Manager.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing strategy, approach and relationship plan for target clients.
- Developing relationships with the potential buyers (from agreed target list) through personal meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social gatherings.
- Developing our marketing and communication strategy.
- Generate client awareness and preference for company and/or its services. May include presenting in business forums, etc.
- Be dedicated to the selling of IT projects and knowledgeable of Konsort's capabilities and offerings and be able to sell/present to a client.
- Identify sales opportunities within targets and/or clients.
- Recommend which opportunities Konsort should pursue.
- Support and participate in any proposal development and/or oral proposal activities and review written proposals.
- Negotiate with the customer and win the projects.
- Build and consolidate the relationships with our global partners.
- Ability to travel 30%
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years business or related work experience, minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- experience selling IT products and consulting
- University degree or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Proven global expertise and perspective; executive level presence and influence
- Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation & conflict management skills
- Advanced sales and marketing skills
- Advanced market analysis and business planning skills.
