Duties & Responsibilities


  • Maintain Online Banking systems
  • Create reports and analysis regarding the systems performances
  • Verify that system(s) meets performance criteria.
  • Evaluate new developed versions, patches or functionally enhancements based on defined standards
  • Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications
  • Advise users regarding program techniques and design.
  • Maintain technical documentation, users' manuals or applications documentation
  • Support the team leader to achieve team objectives


Qualifications


  • A Bachelor University diploma in one of following branches: Computer engineering, Informatics, Electronic engineering, Computer Science.
  • Able to work in team and willing to put up to team.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English is essential.
  • Experience in software development and/or knowledge on Oracle database is appreciated.
