Job Summary
As a member of staff within the business tax advisory team, you’ll make a technical contribution to business tax advisory engagements and internal projects. You’ll actively establish internal and external relationships. You will participate in researching tax issues, preparing memoranda, helping clients with responses to local tax authorities, and assisting clients in maximizing tax credit claims or improving their tax function. With a clear focus on anticipating and identifying risks, you’ll escalate issues as appropriate. You’ll make sure that the work we deliver is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer.


Client responsibilities
  • Participate in business tax advisory engagements
  • Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
  • Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with target management teams
  • Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
  • Build strong internal relationships
People responsibilities
  • Contribute to people initiatives
  • Maintain an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis
  • Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance/Accounting
  • 2 years of experience in an accountancy firm and preferably professional qualifications ACCA, CPA, CA or working towards gaining one.
  • Fluency in English language
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Kosovo tax legislation
  • PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in teams
