Administrative Assistant Job Description
Responsibilities:
·Answer the incoming phone calls and transfer to appropriate staff member;
·Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements;
·Perform general office duties including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing;
·Organize and arrange necessary papers for internal and external events;
·Research, collate and provide information, verbally and in writing, for internal needs;
·Modify documents such as reports, memos, and letters using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office;
·Research, price and purchase office furniture, equipment and supplies;
·Arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment;
·Support staff in assigned project‐based work;
·Assists in special events, such as the annual meeting;
·Other duties as assigned by Administrative Manager.
Required qualifications:
·University degree;
·Excellent in English and Italian language;
·At least 2 years of experience in similar position;
·Excellent communication and organizational skills;
·High sense of responsibility and punctuality, strict confidentiality;
·Excellent computer skills is obligatory (Microsoft Office programs, internet);
·High commitment, dedication to work, overtime availability.
