Currently we are looking to recruit for our Head Office an:

Administration Sector Manager

Directly subordinated to: Internal Services Division Manager
Direct superior of: Administration Sector employees

Your main responsibilities will consist of:
  • Managing, coordinating and organizing efficiently all duties of the sector’s three units.
  • Preparing and proposing to the Internal Services Division Manager new procedures, manuals, circulars and new relevant practices for the Administration Sector.
  • Approving administrative expenses in compliance with the limits approved from the Management Board.
  • Managing and evaluating the staff performance in compliance with the procedures of Human Resources in the institution.

Your main duties will consist of:
  • Developing the sector’s structure. Following up and implementing in time and in a qualitative manner the responsibilities of the sector.
  • Planning the sector’s capacities, including the recruitment need, training and evaluation of staff’s performance.
  • Following up the coordinating process of new projects aiming their realisation in the established deadlines.
  • Ensuring the implementation of the sector’s policies and procedures in compliance with the Albanian legislation referring to accurate invoices and different suppliers.
  • Proposing new procedures, implementing them as the development of new practices in order to offer efficient services for the operational units, staff and clients.
  • Ensuring the coordination between costs, quality and deadlines for the different requests in processing.
  • Ensuring the coordination between other sectors of Head Office related to different projects where the Administration Sector’s impact is necessary
  • Informing branches related with projects/new procedures for the new operative
  • Informing branches related to projects/new procedures relevant for branches and other operational units.
  • Performing all other duties delegated from Internal Services Division manger and Management Board of the Bank.

· University degree in Economics or Civil Engineering.
· Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in administration field.
· Very good communication skills and team working.
· Organizational/coordinative skills; problem solving skills and decision making.
