Head Cashier
Duties and Responsibilities
Effectively train and direct the activities of cashiers assigned to the front and set the standard for customer service.
Supports to resolve cashier problems with the system and customers.
Ability to process merchandise information through store computer system, POS register system and complete all required paperwork according to policy
Schedule the working shifts accordingly to peak hours and overloaded days
professional manner and provide quick responsive service to maximize the customer's shopping experience
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
Balances cash drawer and receipts; documents discrepancies at the end of each shift
Qualifications and Skills
Education: University degree
Experience : A minimum of 3 years professional experience in management position.
Languages : Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in Albanian.
Other :
Excellent organisational skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work harmoniously in a team;
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
