IT Support Specialist
Responsibilities
Configure, upgrade, setup, and install computer hardware, software, and other equipments such as network routers, switches, phones and Ethernet cabling, DVR Security Cameras.
Provide technical and desk side user support for software, hardware, network problems.
Perform day to day maintenance on company Desktops and user problems.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software or connectivity problems, accordance with established procedures.
Maintain and update software and install approved hot fixes and patches.
Provide individual and/or group instruction and training to users on computer technologies.
Printer/scanner/photocopies maintenance.
Skills and Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have:
2+ year of experience in a similar position
University Degree in Computers Science
Good spoken and written English.
