We have one for you to rent it, with an underground parking, combined indoor and outdoor parking for 5 cars, and a private backyard with olive trees and pine trees that make this place special.
It’s located in a residential area, and in less than 2 minute drive you are at the Elbasani Street or 10 minute walk and you are at the Artificial Lake Park of Tirana.
Power/hydro is supported with fuel powered engine and water supplies for the house last for days, should there be a problem from the provider (city or national corporate of power/hydro).
An open concept living room of about 100 m2, separate kitchen (avoiding cooking gases mixing to the living area) with gas cooking appliances, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a terrace for you to enjoy play and time with friends (house faces south, sun will see the house from three directions during the day). Are you looking for air conditioning? Not a problem. Ready to move in furniture are waiting for you.
This house is an animal friendly house, and pets, yours and or of your friends are welcomed.
The premises are surrounded and have exits to major intersections from two directions, north and south. You can rent it for a starting 1,600 $, and negotiable if you are looking for a long contract.
All required services, should the tenant have a special request/s before and or during the stay can be negotiated and considered at all times. Internet (unlimited) and a landline are in place.
We would like you to feel home, and if you need a nanny and or a warm meal cooked home we can make it happen for a reasonable price too, with/without home stay nanny.
