Job position: Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing
Location: Tirana East Gate, (TEG), Tirana
Summary: The main duty is the definition and fulfillment of the strategically duties regarding the company position. Define and suite the company’s image and the fulfillment of all the wishes and needs of the company. The strategically duties of these position consist on the definition of the marketing strategy, communication strategy and PR strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans and implements the marketing strategy, including publicity and PR, the definition of the targets, in coordination with company standards;
- Plans and manages the marketing resources according to the planned budget;
- Selects and manages the relations with the external agencies;
- Keeps and increases the image and reputation of the company, protects and develops the company branches through the PR activities and intellectual management;
- Plans and manages the internal communications regarding the marketing and is informed about the orientation of the corporation, mission, purposes and activities – Internal communication with the Purchasing and Operational Department;
- Plans the yearly budget of marketing; Plans the budget division/selection regarding the communication ways such as TV, Radio, brochures etc. ;
- Manages effectively the budget of all marketing materials, within the sales areas;
- Takes care of the merchandising regarding all sales areas, to improve the image and to support the marketing plan;
- Generetes incomes from promotional spaces in Carrefour chain;
- Plans the promotions according to the schedule, capacity and budget;
- Chooses the agency of the media agency, graphics, publicity (registration studio, TV Production);
- Develops different promotional enterprises with the suppliers and follows up with their execution; Develops different promotional themes and different events;
- Negotiates with media, photographs studios, and the distributors of the brochures;
- Plans the content of the publicity field and supervises the products;
- Market research, Brand knowledge, knowledge of publicity, image, negotiation, customer pleasure;
- Tests the strategically programmers by using different mediums;
- Manages the external agencies or the suppliers, converting them in efficient resources for the company;
- Analyses and constructs the reports regarding the affectivity of the publicity campaigns, etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: University degree in Economic fields, advantage master in marketing.
- Work Experiences: At least 4 years of experience, professional, advantage is also the experience in Retail.
- Additional qualifications:
- Very good computer literacy of Microsoft Office Package (excel, Word, Power point);
- Very good command of English language – spoken and written;
- Good knowledge in marketing and advertisement principles.
- Additional skills:
- Skills in business and sales: he/she must be an excellent communicator through telephone also directly, in contractual relations with the third party and with all other operators;
- Able to reach success and to show experience in the main management accounts regarding the customers and the important contracts;
- Discreet, credible and proper in relations with high executive of the company.
- Able to communicate well with the others and to become a good player in the team;
- Organized and coordinative skills.
