Communication Progress is seeking a Web Developer that will be part of a team developing software products that will be built using Java/J2EE technologies. The Java Developer candidate must have technical background and experience on web development.
Responsibilities:
Develop, code, install, test, debug and document web applications,
Design, develop and update databases as they relate to Web applications.
Required skills and experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree,
Knowledge of Java/J2EE Platform,
Basic knowledge of Java Web Frameworks like Apache Spring, Struts, JavaServer Pages,
Basic knowledge of database technology, e.g. SQL, Hibernate and experience with one major database server, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, MySql
Experience with application servers like Tomcat, JBoss or Glassfish,
Knowledge of front-end development tools such as CSS, HTML, Javascript and jQuery,
Analytical problem diagnosis, investigation and solving skills,
Experience with developing and maintaining web servers in Unix based and Windows VM Operating System,
Ability to work in collaborative environments and meet deadlines
Excellent abilities in spoken and written in English language
Ability to work independently and careful in work.
Good time management, self-management, and problem solving skill.
Self-motivation and commitment.
Good responsibility
Communication skills and methodological mindset.
