Albania - EU Energy Efficiency Center is a NFP/NGO that works to promote and improve the energy efficiency of the Albanian economy and to protect the environment.
Albania-EU Energy Efficiency Centre (EEC) is participating in the implementation of the European Union co-funded project TRACE (Transnational Cooperation for the Improvement of Buildings Energy Performance and Efficiency) of the South East Europe (SEE) Programme, which aims to support local and regional administrations in the South East Europe to the significant role they have in developing, upholding and advancing policies and mechanisms for improving the energy efficiency in buildings (http://see-trace.eu/en).
On the framework of “Transnational cooperation for the improvement of buildings energy performance and efficiency” Project – TRACE, EEC must complete the task foreseen in WP5, Activity 5.1, Sub-Activity 5.1.2, “Development of Territorial Operational Plans”. In this conditions EEC kindly invites you to submit your best offer/quotation for the provision of such services within 08 December 2014, 16:00 PM.
