Albanian Satellite Communication is a triple play provider of telephony, Internet and TV. As the company is growing we are looking to fill the position below:

GIS engineer
Job description & skills

University degree preferable in telecommunications;
Very good knowledge of MapInfo or other similar GIS tools;
Excellent computer knowledge;
Ability to provide written information clearly and effectively;
Excellent communication skills;
Prepares and updates on daily basis network coverage and topology layer;
Prepares and plot maps for other departments need;
Installing and maintaining network hardware and software;
Maintains the G.I.S. database, including inputting and correcting data, determining format and researching data conversions;Sales Manager


Provide leadership by developing and implementing company’s sales strategy and coordinating the sales functions;
Supervise sales representatives and account managers and provides incentives for achieving sales targets;
Prepare periodic sales reports and sales forecasts;
Proven record of being successful in meeting sales targets and a technical background highly preferred; University degree and previous experience a must.


Linux Administrator and programmer
Job description & skills

At least 1 year of experience in Linux administration;
Knowledge of open source solutions-Pros;
Knowledge in Asterisk, Open SER, RADIUS, Apache-Pros.;
Knowledge in Perl programming language-Pros.;
University degree in IT or any other major with proof of the skills above. VoIP Engineer
Job description & skills

Knowledge in traditional and IP telephony;
Knowledge in SIP & RTP protocols;
Ability to configure hardware such as ATA & IP phones;
Experience in a similar position highly preferred;
University degree in telecommunications.Customer Care operator various shifts

Very good computer knowledge;
Excellent communication skills;
University degree is a plus
Ability to provide written information clearly and effectively;
Receives customer phone calls and aids them with fixing service problems;
Monitors the system;
Forward unsolved problems to technical staff;
Provides feedback to supervisors, managers, colleagues and the client
