JOB ANNOUNCEMENT FOR EXECUTIVE SECRETARY/PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO GENERAL MANAGER


Regency Casino Tirana, the only licensed live-game Casino in Albania and one of the biggest international companies operating in Tirana is looking for an Executive Secretary/personal Assistant to General Manager

An excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and creative individual to join and to make a valuable contribution to our business.


Main responsibilities:




Facilitates General Manager’s daily activities by arranging meetings and agenda.



Translation of documents from Albanian into English and vice versa..



Screening of incoming phone calls.



Arranging travels and hotel reservation.



Additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager.


Requirements of the position:

· University Degree in English
· Two years of relevant experience in the field
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Flexible and organized.
