CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:
TEAM COORDINATOR
in Production Department
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow and control the shift production activities and supervising the production process in cooperation with quality control sector.
Ensuring the effective management of production lines.
Keeps record of all the inventory materials that are essential for the manufacturing process.
Ensure that the company policies are followed during all the procedures.
Ensure that all the safety guidelines in the manufacturing process are being followed by the employees, and oversees safety and environments standards.
Proving trainings the new employees in the manufacturing process and handling of the equipment.
Coordinates the maintenance team of shift in case of needs Supervising and inspiring team of workers and reviewing the work performance of subordinates
Skills and qualifications:
University Degree in Maintenance Engineer, Mechanic Engineer, Electronic Engineer
At least 4 years of similar work experience
Excellent communication and team management skills
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Ability to motivate co-workers and others
Ability to behave decisively
Patient and with self-confidence.
Ability to work in crises and willingness to work with three shifts
Very good knowledge of Italian or/and English
Very good knowledge of Ms Office package especially in Excel program
