Visitor Management System of the Queen Geraldine Maternity Hospital in Albania
United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Enabling Equitable Health Reforms (EEHR) project.
Abt Associates Inc. (Abt) invites individuals and organizations to submit a proposal for the Visitor Management System of the Queen Geraldine Maternity Hospital in Albania as part of a United States Agency for International Development (USAID) funded Enabling Equitable Health Reforms (EEHR) project.
Abt Associates Inc. is seeking to contract an individual or firm for the Visitor Management System of the Queen Geraldine Maternity Hospital in Albania. Services will include but may not be limited to Visitor Management System (VMS) platform including key features, visitor management module features, access control module features and hardware, as described in the Statement of Work of the Request for Proposal (RFP).
Prospective Applicants can request the Request for Proposal (RFP) by email to the address below.
Proposals should be submitted in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP.
Bidders will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids.
Abt Associates Inc. contemplates awarding one fixed price subcontract if an organization is selected or a fixed price professional services agreement if an individual is selected under this solicitation
Bid Deadlines
Questions must be submitted in writing or by email to the address below no later than January 18, 2013 by 17:00 Tirana time. Verbal requests will not be accepted or responded to. Answers to all questions will be disseminated in writing to all potential Bidders.
Interested and qualified individuals and organizations should present their sealed bids in envelopes one original bound and one electronic copy each of the technical and cost proposals to the following address no later than February 08, 2013 17:00 Tirana time:
