Ride Operations Supervisor, salary $ 1900

Role: The Ride Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing and directing shift-based senior operators to ensure smooth and safe park operations
for park visitors and guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Managing the shifts and all direct staff to ensure the smooth running of the operation process.
  • Overseeing opening and closing of the assigned attractions.
  • Safety checks, functional checks and follow up with all concerned departments to maintain ride presentation standards.
  • Ensuring that all operators comply with the company’s Health and Safety procedures.
  • Taking full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of assigned ride operations and safety targets.
  • Working closely with other Shift Supervisors to ensure operation handovers are effective communications tools.
  • Maintaining high level of timekeeping standards.
  • Ensuring team is efficient and prepared for any possible situation.
  • Ensuring that the training skills are met for current and future demands of the shift.
  • Completing all time and attendance paperwork for day’s operation and prepares any next day paperwork when appropriates set by the management.
  • Assisting in the performance of other special duties and projects as needed in support of organizational goals.
  • Motivating and leading a team of Ride Operators who are responsible for dispatching the rides in a fun, but safe and clean environment.


Required Education and Experience:


  • Degree in Business Management or similar discipline
  • Proven skills in ride operations and team supervision
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Knowledge on amusement and theme park business is required.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage time and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment.
  • Technical ability and knowledge of computer software and hardware.
  • English language proficiency.
