SHOP SUPERVISOR, salary $ 1600


The Shop Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the store operation to deliver the highest standards of customer service and to maximize sales and profitability in line with company’s objectives. He/she is also responsible for the inventory, maintenance and external appearance of his/her shop.


Required Education and Experience

• Degree in Business Management or similar discipline.
• Experience in retail management and visual merchandising.
• Knowledge on amusement and theme park retail business is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar field .
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage time and meet targets deadlines with limited supervision.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.
• English language proficiency.
