Position title: IT Assistant

Key pillars:

1. To ensure the smooth running of the IT Department, and to monitor all the Information technologies systems, implementing system security policy, including firewalls, hosts and clients access.
2. Able to troubleshoot network, systems and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational failures as required.
3. Knowledge on the Security Standards Compliance, Business Support and Operations, to develop and maintain proper documentation for all IT configurations, to prepare and submit the accurate reports as required.

Requirements:

Experience in the same role for at least 2-3 years.
Fluent in Albanian & English Language.
Bachelor degree in computer science or similar, Master preferred.
Attentive to details and required standards.
Availability to work as per business shifts.
