CCBS is looking to hire a candidate to fill the vacancy for:

Purchase Specialist

Purchase Specialist will be responsible for organizing the purchase of specific materials, starting from collecting requirements from different company sectors to full Purchase Order execution. Role includes other assistance duties for the Procurement Office.

Main responsibilities:
1. Involves on purchase process for specific materials with professionalism and effectiveness. Keeps the relationship with assigned suppliers.
2. Registering on time all the Procurement Orders at the files and company System
3. Actively searches new suppliers, proposes alternative product samples and offers for superior’s approval.
4. Analyses consumed quantities, prices of materials, cost for each account and produces report on historic and future trends, identifying overspending.
5. Involves on Savings projects as advised by senior staff.
6. Involves on other Procurement responsibilities as assigned by Purchase Coordinator or Administrative Director.

Skills and qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Economy or Business.
2. Min two years of experience in similar experience preferred purchasing and inventory experience.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work and communicate effectively and succinctly with people at all levels
4. Highly motivated team player that can work well under pressure.
5. Ability to effectively communicate and present information to suppliers, team members, team leaders.
6. Ability to negotiate effectively to obtain best prices and terms on products, materials, and services.
7. Proficient in computer applications, including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and accounting software.
