Call Center Manager
Job Summary:
The Call Center Manager reports to Customer Service Manager. He is responsible for administering and supervising the work of call center operators and shift supervisors, in order to meet the quality standards required by the Customer Service. Planning of individual goals for each call center operator and shift supervisor, and also workforce planning in line with the communication guideline set by the company.
Supports and participates in implementing and reviewing call center procedures and policies.

Qualifications:
· Diploma of university education.
· Very good language skills: Italian, English.
· Qualifications and trainings in the customer care field.
· Must be able to work compatibly as a team member with co-workers.
· Ability to logically think and determine the next step to pursue.

Additional advantageous skills:
· One or more years of work experience in a Call Center environment.
· Experience in the call center services.
· Excellent organizational skills.
