A new ambitious, dynamic company operating in the field of telecommunications is looking for an active new member of staff. The potential candidate will be responsible of the following:
Duties and responsibilities
Coordinate with our marketing and communication agency;
Ensure that advertising campaigns comply with laws, company policy and taste of target market;
Develop brand portfolios based on the company business objectives and strategies;
Develop strategies for marketing the company considering the nature of the market, cost as well as the company’s policy;
Act as human resources officer as far as the marketing and sales department is concerned;
Develop and manage the marketing team;
Draw and implement the company’s marketing operations budget;
Ensure good communication with company partners and consultants;
Develop marketing campaign strategies;
Liaise with different media and agree on advertising formats;
Develop an effective client/partner contact system;
Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of internal and external communications of the company
Develop and manage a marketing database;
Perform public relations functions;
Target prospective partners and maintain good relations with existing ones;
Search for new sales and marketing opportunities;
Suggest and develop product promotion strategies;
Produce periodic sales and marketing reports;
Set and meet sales targets;
Maintain accurate contact information on partners;
Communicate special requests by partners to management;
Perform any other tasks required in the ordinary course of the company’s business.
QUALIFICATIONS & ABILITIES:
University degree or equivalent in Business Administration.
3-5 years of proven experience in Marketing, in leadership positions.
Excellent knowledge of English – written and verbal. Any other language would be an asset.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
Background on telecommunication/media/marketing
Excellent team-building and marketing skills
Ability to influence a team without formal authority and to work independently or as a team member
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
