MERCATOR-A is looking for Store Manager II, in Hypermarket, Tirana.

STORE MANAGER II





Responsibilities:

As a store manager, you'll be responsible for the running and commercial performance of a retail hypermarket.
You will be responsible for the overall running of the store, all hypermarket departments and checkout area in a supermarket.
Your main areas of work will involve reaching sales targets and increasing profits, dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints, plus health and safety and security issues.
You will also be involved in staff management, including interviewing and recruiting, supervising departmental managers and organizing training.
You will also oversee stock control, ensuring quality is of the right standard and that supplies are re-ordered in time.

Personal Requirements:

Education: bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or other related field;
Previous experience:
- over 4 years of previous relevant experience as a Store Manager



- Very good knowledge and understanding of the marketing and public relations functions as well as the Albanian market, local suppliers marketing actions, price level of marketing services and trends;
- previous experience of managing a reasonable number of employees in the department;
- previous experience in preparing reports and analysis related to the commercial area;
Languages: fluent written and spoken English & Albanian language, other languages are an advantage;
Computer: very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, ability in preparing reports & presentations;
Driving License: category B;
