Newly reopened Dukagjini Hotel part of Dukagjini Group, located in the center of Peja town in Kosova and established since 1956, is looking for suitable candidates in the below vacant position:
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
YOUR TASKS:
• To derivate the medium-term sales targets and strategies from the country's business plans in coordination with the General Manager;
• To plan with the General Manager on the basis of the country's objectives, goals, strategies, policies and budgets;
• To create and be responsible for the sales budget;
• To be responsible for the implementation of the company standard processes;
• To prepare and provide information and data for the General Manager;
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Personal qualifications:
• Several years relevant working experience in sale business;
• University degree or comparable business training;
• Management experience;
Professional expertise / knowledge:
• Good knowledge of the organizational structure of personnel services;
• Certain in finalizing contracts and acquisition of medium and large clients;
• Knowledge of the demands of the market;
• Target and result-oriented;
• Actively attracting new customers and build an optimal customer relationship management;
• Development and optimization of marketing strategies for securing long-term sales and business goals;
• Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of other European languages is an advantage;
Methodical competences/skills:
• Very good computer skills;
• Organizational ability;
• Analytical thinking;
• Understanding of business processes in Sales;
• Master of presentation techniques;
Social skills:
• Communication skills;
• Strategic thinking and acting;
• Strength in implementation;
• Able in negotiation and conclusion;
