MERCATOR-A is looking for DESIGNER in its Head Office, Tirana.
MERCATOR-ALBANIA is part of MERCATOR GROUP, Southeastern Europe’s leading retail chain in fast moving consumer goods opened in Albania in 2009. DESIGNER
Job description:
Shapes the material for market communications and prepares it for printing;
Prepares materials in accordance with the comprehensive graphic design, standards and market strategy of a company;
Prepares the material necessary for creation of materials for market communicating (all sale improvement activities);
Participates in planning and implementation of sales improvement projects;
Creates labels, inscriptions, warnings, price lists, panels, notifications and other objects for arranging of exhibitions;
Decorates shop windows, stores and exhibition space and selects merchandise to be displayed;
Selects merchandise for exhibition, i.e. arrangement in agreement with the head of a marketing department;
Makes decoration, arranges goods, prepares promotional messages in agreement with the head of a marketing department;
Provides arranging material with the approval of the head of a marketing department;
Conducts promotions on fair events;
Agrees with media the releasing of advertisements with the approval of the head of a marketing department;
Performs jobs and tasks in accordance with instructions of a direct superior;
Undertakes activities in a store related to sale encouraging;
Performs tasks with an aim of achieving an optimal performance through arranging and implementation of advertising messages;
Takes care of personal neatness and tidiness of working environment where he works;
In accordance with the scope of work, consistently implements the instructions, conclusions and provisions of the superiors;
Performing works and tasks in accordance with the instructions of the head of a department and the sector's director;
Develops a sense of belonging to the work collective and the company and behaves in accordance with the code of ethics for employees in the company;
Develops a sense of collegiality and cooperation, as well as a sense of belonging to a work collective and the company;
Performs other tasks as required by management.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementation of solutions and control based on the Book of graphic standards,
Responsible for preparation of urgent and corrective solutions for sale improvement activities;
Responsible for filing and sending of logotypes and other graphical solutions for processing to external partners, by the order of the head of marketing department;
Responsible for quality performing of tasks stated in the job description;
Especially responsible for correct relations with associates who are participating in performing of tasks;
Responsible for quality organization of work, accuracy and updating of reporting and analysis, as well as for quality performing of other tasks assigned to him by the head of marketing department;
Responsible for personal hygiene and behaving in accordance with the code of ethics.
