Belle Air is looking to hire 30 Call Center Operators
Job Summary:
The Call Center Operator delivers quality customer services and information to all Belle Air Call Center customers. They handle customer concerns and explain product policies.
Main Duties:
· Assists Call Center customers with the sale and booking of tickets and other Belle Air services
· Provides product information using accessible resources
· Explains product policies
· Handles customer concerns
· Records details of customer calls
· Reports and follows up on pending issues
Requirements:
· University Degree
· Call Center work experience desirable
· Demonstrated ability to work well in teams
· Ability to think logically
· Excellent computer skills
· Very good Italian and English
