" SWISSMED " Laboratory Solutions Ltd. Is a local distributor established on January 2008, as Exclusive Distributor of Roche Diagnostics products within Albanian territorry.
" SWISSMED " offices are in the 9th floor of a very nice building named Tirana Business Center at boulevard Zogu Ire , Tirana-Albania. Our company operates based in standarts and quality of service as many other Roche distributors all over the world.
" SWISSMED " wants to develope a new branch of business with pharma& OTC products portfolio. For that reason we are looking for the following position :
Project Manager
The position:
Establish and manage the new department of pharma/OTC business in " SWISSMED ".
Prioratize and recommend the potential pharmaceutical/OTC products that should be launch based in the market needs and also in the policy of registration and re-imbursement list.
· Initiate the new customer& distribution network
· Develop the sales strategy and the local price policies together with GM
· Develop and lead the marketing & sales team
· Be responsible for intensive customer relationship & participation in the sales meetings at customer’s site.
· Organize and attend the congresses, symposia and workshops.
· Being Technical Director for the department.
The candidate:
· A graduated Pharmacist, having the rights to get the license as Technical Director.
· At least 2-5 years of working experience in the field of pharmaceutical business.
· Strength position if, he/she has been working in a similar position in other distributors or representative offices of pharma business in Albania.
· Good knowledge in products/network of pharmaceutical business in Albania.
· Target oriented with good business sense.
· Very good knowledge in English and PC too.
· Willingness to travel, driving license (B category ) is obligatory.
