Main Duties and Accountabilities
Assist the users in solving core banking software related problems.
Diagnose, test, simulate and resolve software issues.
Courteously obtain and convey concise problem information.
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
Perform other duties given by superiors
Profile Requirements
·A Bachelor University diploma in any Computer Science related field.
·Very good command of written and spoken English
·Excellent communication skills
·Good analytical and problem-solving skills
