Electrical System Engineer
TCN is a System Integrator operating in Albania, Kosova and other countries. TCN is starting the implementation of some new projects in the Air Traffic Control, Airport, Defense and IT domains. In this context TCN shall employ one experienced Electrical System Engineer able to perform independently and efficiently, in an international environment, supervising related project activities. TCN is looking for challenging and ambitious professionals with leadership capabilities, willing to boost their career and personal wealth.

· Available positions: 1
· Activity Location: Kosova and Albania
· Contract: 1 year with extension or “no time limit” possibility
· Operational language: English/Albanian
Mandatory Competencies / Skills:
1. Obtain market information about available manufacturers, products and technical solutions
2. Concept, Design, draw power distribution and backup power solutions
3. Manage installation, test, integration and commission of power distribution and backup power equipment
4. Manage the relations with the customers, understand customer strategies and maintain a current and detailed knowledge of the existing customer needs, objectives, and financial capacities.
5. Manage technical relations with suppliers and subcontractors,
6. Manage administrative and technical documentation
7. Analyze overall power solutions identifying problems and improvement opportunities to ensure technical objectives of the project segment are achieved.
8. Manage quality assurance processes.
9. Periodic reporting including but not limited to : technical, project progress and reporting
10. Participate in periodic planning and budgeting the appropriate commercial proposals submitted by TCN.
11. Promote, organize and manage the training sessions for the customer personnel
12. Prepare forecast of Business development opportunities related to the specific domain and customer, provide information to TCN officers, and manage opportunities in the best efficient way.
