IT HELP DESK
TCN is a System Integrator operating in Albania, Kosovo and other countries. TCN is working on projects in Defense and Security related with services in IT domains. In this context TCN shall employ experienced professionals able to perform independently and efficiently, in an international environment, the given duties in all project activity.

• Domain 1: IT Network Help Desk
(3 positions)
• Domain 2: IT Windows Help Desk
(6 positions)
• Activity Location: NATO BASE BOSNIA
• Contract: Full time 1-4 years
• Operational language: English
Mandatory Competencies / Skills:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar fields.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related fields
3. Certified in: CompTIA Network +2009/ CompTIA Security+2008/CompTIA A+2009
4. Very good command of spoken and written English
