Trade Marketing Manager
Leading development of the Trade Marketing Strategy according to the policies and strategies of CCBS to achieve defined business objectives for all product categories.
Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence of the product in the market.
Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives.
Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team.
Skills and qualifications:
University Degree in Economics for Marketing or Business Administration.
Master degree in Advanced Marketing would be considered an advantage.
Relevant experience in a competitive Marketing environment and/or Trade Marketing and/or Sales
Strong skills of creating a winning vision in an environment where there is a strong emphasis on merchandising, promotion, sales and partnerships.
Excellent knowledge of English (Italian knowledge would be considered an advantage)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong team work
PC literate (Fluent with MS Office packages)
·Driving license
