Background
MEGATEK is the biggest “Do It Yourself” Hypermarket in Albania that is selling everything that you need to build and decorate your house. MEGATEK is looking for a Customer Care Attendant to ensure the proper and uninterrupted service to the customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
2.Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
3.Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
4.Performs data entry and uses software programs, especially CRM program.
5.Duties include receiving and placing telephone calls.
6.Handles customer complains on return products and ensures transport of the goods.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: University Degree
Experience : A minimum of 2 years professional experience in similar position.
Languages : Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in Albanian.
Other :
Excellent organisational skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work harmoniously in a team;
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
