Neptun Company l.t.d is looking for the following position: Shop Manager.
A Shop Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of store in accordance with overall company policy.
The main focus of a store manager is to improve the commercial performance of the store and maximizing shareholders’ equity
Essential Job Functions
· Responsible to deliver the Yearly plan in turnover and Ebitda
· Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
· Managing stock levels according to the budget and making key decisions about stock control
· Collect, filter and send the daily orders
· Responding to customer complaints and comments
· Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues;
· Providing and organizing training for the sales staff
· Coaching the performance of the store employees
· Dealing with staffing issues: interviewing potential staff; conducting appraisals and performance reviews;
· Organize promotions in store level
· Control the monthly operational expenses
· Taking care the look and feel of the internal and exterior appearance of the store
Requirements
· University degree in Bussines Administration
· Age: over 27
· Extensive knowledge of English language
· Extensive computer knowledge
· Minimum 3 years work experience
· Good communicational skills
· Methodical and organized
· Tem working abilities
· Motivating skills
