Belle Air is looking to hire 30 Check-In Agents in Rinas, Tiranë
Job Summary:
· Assists passengers and provides information
· Checks-in passengers and their baggage. Issues boarding passes and tags passengers’ hand and checked baggage
· Manages the boarding process at the gate
· Checks travel documents to verify compliance with immigration and visa requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
· Professional or secondary school education
· Excellent computer skills
· Very good English
· Willing to work in shifts
· Willing to work overtime if necessary
· Very good team player
· Excellent communication skills
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
· University degree
· Knowledge of Italian, Greek and other languages
· Typing speed of 35 wpm and above
· Previous customer service experience
