The successful candidate should posses:
Degree in Architecture, Finance or Bussines Administration.
Knowledge in the financial services industry with specific experience in commercial real estate.
Good knowledge, allied with practical experience, concerning public and private real estate markets, products and issues.
Ability to cooperate in different situations with international architecture studios.
Very good communication and presentation skills, both orally and in writing, able to explain proposals objectively but convincingly.
Very good report writing, researching, and analytical skills.
Language asked for: spoken language: English
