“Uji i ftohte Tepelene” shpk is looking for a potential candidate for:
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Main duties:
·Manage the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
·Ensure that the production is cost effective and according to the standard of quality;
·Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
·Work out the human and material resources needed;
·Monitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
·Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
·Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;
·Supervise and motivate a team of workers;
Skills and qualifications required:
· University Degree in Mechanic Engineer
·At least two years work experience in related fields
·Very good knowledge of Italian and /or English
·Very good knowledge of Ms Office package
