CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:
PRODUCTION CHIEF
Main Duties
1. Planning and scheduling production activities and supervising the production process.
2. Ensuring the effective management of production lines.
3. Sets production goals, timetables and budgets.
4. Working out what materials, supplies and equipment are needed to meet production goals and ensures that these goals are met.
5. Ordering materials and supplies
6. Evaluating the production process, and writing reports on production results
7. assist with professional development and training of production staff
8. Liaising with different departments within company
9. Supervising and inspiring team of workers and reviewing the work performance of subordinates.
Skills and Qualifications
1. University Degree in Mechanic Engineer
2. At least 3 years of similar experience
3. Excellent planning, negotiating, and organizing skills.
4. Very good communication skills
5. Very good knowledge of Italian or/and English
6. Ability to motivate co-workers and others
7. Ability to behave decisively.
8. Patient and with self-confidence.
9. Very good knowledge of Ms Office package especially Excel program
