Background
MEGATEK is the biggest “Do It Yourself” Hypermarket in Albania that is selling everything that you need to build and decorate your house. MEGATEK is looking for Warehouse Supervisor and the purpose of position is:
To supervise a team of workers through the whole activities adhering to procedures and ensuring efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Warehouse Supervisor performs the following duties:
To supervise the whole goods receiving process. Ensure productivity and accuracy.
To supervise the whole goods dispatch process. Ensure productivity and accuracy.
Plan, distribute and supervise resources based on department and business needs.
Plan, distribute and supervise workload to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.
Train, support and challenge staff to achieve productivity and quality expected.
Ensure good communication between warehouse and other departments.
Ensure that the staff works safely and according to procedures.
Inform manger about issues and resolve them through involving the right people and follow up always.
Other duties may be asked to perform based on the business requirement and Manager/Director discretion which the Supervisor is obliged to perform.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: University Degree
Experience : A minimum of 2 years professional experience in warehouse position.
Languages : Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in Albanian.
