TRING Communications, a leading provider in offering Hi-Speed Internet, Home Phone services and Digital TV, to Residential and Business Customers is looking for a Director for the Commercial Department.

Job Summary
To set and achieve commercial objectives and revenue targets for residential, governmental and business sectors using the full range of Tring services. To identify new market opportunities and create commercial strategies following the market demand.
Duties and responsibilities:


Define and execute commercial strategy, targets and commit on sales targets and revenues. Responsible on commercial and marketing strategy, targets and execution of marketing and sales plan.
Direct and manage the Corporate Sales division and Distribution channels including Tring owned points of sales.
Manage account manageers and teams under his supervision in accordance with sales strategies, company’s targets and objectives and in accordance with the products /services the company provides.
Develop and implement all necessary commercial policies and procedures.
Oversee research into new and established markets to develop products and services that meet market demands and which are consistent with the company’s corporate strategy.
Develop and maintain effective communications with new and existing customers to negotiate contracts that contribute to corporate objectives.
Contribute to the development of the company’s corporate strategy, as part of the corporate management team, with particular reference to the development of the company’s commercial objectives.



Educational Background: University degree in Business Management or relevant area
Post–graduate degree optional


Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar managerial position

·Experienced in managing the commercial aspects of high value, high complexity projects.
·Extensive experience in drafting contract terms.

·Fluent in English
