The purpose of this program is to develop Albanian Aircraft Mechanics through both in classroom and on the job instruction by Belle Air and external instructors. The trainees will be issued regular employment contracts and will have the same duties and obligations as all Belle Air employees. They will be required to pass exams and achieve certifications according to aviation industry standards.
Training program duration: 3 (three) years
First level of certification should be achieved in 2 (two) years
Location: Rinas, Tirana International Airport
Minimum Requirements:
· Technical High School Diploma – GPA of 7.5 or above
· Very good spoken and written English
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and
Excel
· Holder of a valid driver’s license
· Willing to work on increased workload during peak seasons (15 July 15 September & 15 December -15 January)
· Willing to fly in an aircraft
