The Payroll and Benefits Associate works in the Office of Human Resources and in close cooperation with the Department of Finance. The incumbent will administer payroll and employee benefits as well as perform other human resources functions as required.


Minimum Requirements:
· University degree (business preferred)
· Two years of relevant work experience
· Very good spoken and written English
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
· Excellent communications skills



Location: Belle Air Corporate Offices in Tirana
