We are an international company operating in Albania since three years, and currently looking for a candidate for the open vacancy of:
Sales Representative for Albania & Kosovo
SCOPE OF WORK:
Maintaining personal contact with customers and interested parties on behalf of the company in the trading area. Supervision of customers and prospective customers assisting them in the process measuring and technology control as well as technical problems under application of company products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Customer liaison and support of interested parties in the sales force according to company's agreed guidelines and targets;
Preparation of technical questions and issues arising from customers and inspections;
Implementation of agreed orders and sales targets;
Preparing and implementing sales and marketing plans for each sales region in cooperation with the competent office and sales management;
Introduction of new products to the market;
Conducting market surveys and finding information on competitive companies.
Service and booth visits incl. fair reports ;
Complaints Recording to be further processed by means of a visit report;
Client acquisition;
Processing of resubmission deadlines for offers templates, prospective requirements, projects, future needs and order requests of Head of Export.
Quantity and orders planning;
Business knowledge;
REQUIREMENTS
· Preferred 3-years completed specialized technical education ;
· Completed Engineering studies with a focus on process measuresing and Technology Control;
· General electronics technician or a comparable training;
· Several years of relevant professional experience (1-5 years)
· Good knowledge of MS Office products;
· Open personality with strong communication skills;
· Driving license;
· Language skills: English- very good;
