Job title: Human Resources Manager
Department: Human Resources Department
Reports to: CEO
Authorization: Management

Job Summary

Responsible for all human resource activities of the company. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.

Duties and responsibilities:


Definition the relevant company policies in relation to recruitment, staffing, training and personnel development, compensation and benefits and overall performance management.
Maintenance of employee databases including compensation, vacations, leaves, sick leaves, etc.
Implementation of recruitment, hiring and talent retention and career path processes.
Implementation of compensation and benefits policies. Overall management of performance evaluations, bonus allocation and schemes, employee surveys, corporate environment and culture.
Draft and implementation of relevant training budget and overall career development.
Implementation of relevant disciplinary actions, exit interviews, workplace changes including layoffs, reorganizations, etc.
Implementation of organizational improvement through performance management systems and definition of performance metrics. Linking performance results with relevant compensations and benefits.
Implementation and coordination of training courses for employees with company suppliers.
Management, monitoring and undertaking resignations, termination of contracts, firings and retirement processes.
Monitoring of compensation and benefits systems, according to market trends and practices.
Development of motivation schemes for specific target group of employees.
Defining the skills, experience and professional background for each new position and monitoring the market trends.
Preparation of plans on annual basis for internal transfers of employees, re-training in order to fulfill company needs, appointing to different positions due to technological changes.

Educational Background: University degree in relevant area
Post-graduate degree optional

Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of relative experience
