Background
MEGATEK is the biggest “Do It Yourself” Hypermarket in Albania that is selling everything that you need to build and decorate your house. MEGATEK is looking for an Electric Shop Assistant and the duty is to provide assistance and excellent customer service to the customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Shop Assistant performs the following duties:
Dealing with customers and selling goods.
Help customers to find the products they need.
Offer advice and answer questions to customers.
Check exposition to fill the stock.
Be sure that the prices of products in exposition are correct and in place.
At times may also arrange ordering of goods.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Electric professional high school.
Experience :
· A minimum of 2 years professional experience in similar position.
Languages : Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in Albanian.
Other
Be ready and able to work within a team.
Enjoy working with the public.
Have a polite and helpful manner.
Having a smart appearance is a requirement.
Good knowledge of the products.
