TopTour Travel Agency, one the successful travel agencies operating in the Albanian market for several years, is looking for two talented people to join the company as Sales Managers.
1. Travel Division - Sales Manager
Travel agency Sales Manager must be able to offer specialist, professional and competitive travel products to meet the demands of the travel market, which includes online bookings and tailor-made trips. Main responsibilities:
- selling travel products and tour packages;
- taking part in familiarisation visits to new destinations in order to gain information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers;
- liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules;
- dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations;
2. Rent a Car Division – Sales Manager
Main responsibilities
• Acquiring new Customers
• Maintain existing customer base
o Handling of customer complaints
o Creating loyalty schema
• Fleet management responsibilities
o Manage the fleet of cars (20+)
o Servicing, documentation, fuel, etc
Minimum requirements for the above positions:
• Excellent sales, communication skills
• Very good presentation skills
• University degree
• At least 2 years in sales/marketing or similar experiences
• Good command of English (other languages is an asset)
