Data Centrum is a Marketing Research Institute and is looking for a full-time OFFICE ASSISTANT.

Main responsibilities:


Provide administrative support to executives (including here managing calendars, answering phones, greeting guests, maintain correspondence, etc.)
Develop and maintain worksheets, presentations and various other documents, as needed
Organize and maintain the office archive
Handle the day-to-day administrative duties for the offices


Profile:


At least 1 year administrative support experience
Very good knowledge of English language
Other foreign languages are an advantage
Must be computer and technology-literate, with a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer and Outlook

Specific skills required:


Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Highly organized, pays attention to detail and follow-up
Responsible, self-starter and with the ability to work unsupervised
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment, easily handling and overcoming scheduling demands and multiple simultaneous requests
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to handle confidential tasks and information
