MEGATEK is looking for a Sales Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation submission of all offers and orders pertaining to private Sales
Preparation and management of daily deliveries regarding products
Daily update of RSR achievements.
Weekly report of Product Sales
Creating controlling the File Archive, electronic and hardcopy of all Teqja and Megatek transactions for Whole sales Department
System Data update i.e. customers, projects etc
Initial check of all offers and /or order in regards to their conformity with the commercial policy.
Weekly project report for Teqja International and Megatek S.a.
Education: University degree,in Economy,Business Administration ,Management
Work Experience : At least 1 year of working experience in sales
Languages: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in Albanian
Computer skills: Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Other skills:
-Excellent organizational and coordination skills
-Excellent planning and monitoring skills
-Excellent communication skills
