The ProCredit group comprises 21 financial institutions which focus on providing responsible banking services to very small, small and medium sized businesses in transition economies and developing countries. For these businesses we strive to be the “house bank” – offering comprehensive and transparent financial services. In addition we strive to develop a savings culture amongst private persons and to provide responsible and transparent banking services to those who live and work in the neighbourhoods in which we operate.
In order to strengthen our capacities in internal auditing, we are seeking to recruit an:
IT AUDITOR
Your main responsibilities will consist of:
· Developing specialized IT audit programs together with Group IT auditors.
· Performing IT audits (identify, assess document and report risks, propose solutions, and monitor implementation of agreed actions).
· Monitoring overall risk level in IT area. Identify the most critical areas for auditing.
· Supporting IAD with IT knowledge in everyday work and provide training and explanations for department's members.
· Assessing and ensuring implementation of Group IT audit recommendations.
· Executing ongoing auditing (fraud indicators monitoring).
· Participating in IT audits in other ProCredit Banks.
· Proposing and implementing tools for the optimization of IAD work (including, work with databases).
If you identify with the goals and ethical values of our company, are curious about other countries and cultures, and have the following qualifications:
University degree in computer science; preferred CISA/CISM/CISSP certificates.
At least two years of relevant work experience either in IT auditing, or information security.
Swift-learner; ability to master new technology or approach quickly Ability to travel abroad 2-5 times per year1 for audits and workshops.
Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation, influence and conflict resolution - ability to win via compromise.
Good project management skills.
Perfect written and oral communication skills.
Fluent in English.
