Oracle E-Business Suite Application Developer:
Gener2 is seeking a highly motivated professional to join its Information Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of software development, maintenance and support of Oracle e-Business Suite for the business.
Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting implementation of OEBS
Provide production support and ongoing maintenance support for OEBS.
Work closely with our OEBS end users in delivering solutions that meet the business requirements.
Participate in writing and reviewing detailed technical design documents, testing, debugging and documenting programs or reports as required.
Act as a contact between IT and internal customers for day-to-day support
Working closely with OEBS Implementation Vendors to upgrade and enhance the system
Interacting with Oracle to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Professional experience is required. The candidate will have one or more years experience in the following:
Oracle Database 9i or higher with experience in SQL and PL/SQL.
Database design concepts. Ability to design and implement tables, views, procedures, constraints and relationships.
Knowledge of software engineering principles and software lifecycle models.
Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution experience and skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
