Billing Operation Specialist
Purpose of position:
Bulk actions, including mass modifications of subscriber demografic data, CoS`es, Ballances and LCP States. Prepare on_hook reports to feed CC within their needs.
Requirements of the position:
· Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Telecommunication
· At least one year of previous job experience in GSM industry
· Knowledge of Database, Rating Charging systems
· Good communication skills, self confident and result oriented
· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, MS SQL and XML/Soap
· Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
· Able and willing to work in team
· Willing to work under pressure
· Availability to work overtime anytime required
